Inspired by the neighbourhood restaurants of Istanbul and true lokanta-style hospitality. The restaurant is open from breakfast until late with radiant meze spreads, expertly-prepared mangal meat and fish, heritage grain wood-fired breads and low intervention wines.
The kitchen is directed by chef Selin Kiazim, previously of critically-acclaimed Oklava in London
and one of the leading experts in traditional Turkish and Cypriot cuisine.
